You work construction?

I've been into construction for almost seven year but now i'm assigned in the ofc. but my heart will always be in the construction industry. I am an architect FYI ^_^

I am a Tech. Engineer, or Layout Tech., or Field Engineer. It's Called something different everywhere you go basically. I work for the concrete division, mostly doing high rise condos/apartments.

We take the prints, compare the structural to the architectural to find any mistakes or inconsistencies and send it back for clarification. Then we actually go out in the field and layout all the columns, beams, curbs etc using surveyors instruments. We are also responsible for setting grade on the decks and checking grade periodically after concrete is poured to check for deflection.

OMG>. almost all of you guys now have a career.. while me im a nursing student as of now..

Well my part time Job is in construction too. =P

My main Job is Information Technology mainly in Robotics Programming, Software Programming and Hardware Designs.
